For more than 70 years, the Middle Brook Centre has brought people together and is a space shaped by community and connection. Today it’s home to Hope Church Winchester, continuing that legacy as a place where people meet, serve, and belong.

History

Milestones in Our Journey

Construction

Established in the 1940s, the building opened as a cinema and was then converted into a bingo hall.

Building Aquired

In 1996, the building was acquired and began being used as a church serving the city of Winchester.

Expansion Plans

In 2015, Hope Church expanded the MBC's facilities to accommodate larger gatherings and diverse events.

Community Hub

Today, we proudly serve as a hub for community activities, fostering connections and creativity.
