Booking is simple! There are three ways you can discuss your event with us. You can either phone us to discuss your event with a member of the team Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, complete the submission form on our pricing page or email our facilities manager at matt.fields@hopewinchester.org.
Yes, we offer discounts for non-profit organisations and long-term bookings. Please inquire directly for more information on available discounts. Our goal is to support your event while providing value.
All room bookings include access to AV equipment and seating arrangements. Additional services, such as catering or technical support, can be arranged upon request. We aim to provide everything you need for a successful event.
Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations up to 14 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days may incur a fee. We encourage you to review our policy for complete details.
There are certain days and times that will not be available to hire our facilities. We would encourage you to get in touch to discuss availability.
